Marvin has worked in secondary schools for 28 years, with the majority of that time in leadership. He has been at Macquarie College for 19 years, three as a geography teacher and 16 as Deputy Principal in the Senior School. Providing students with more 'voice' in what their learning experience looks like and and creating learning spaces that are student-centred motivate him.
