St Clare's College
Christopher Maoudis was appointed Deputy Principal of St Clare’s College in 2021. He has previously held the roles of Director of Learning and Teaching and Administration Coordinator. With over 20 years of teaching experience Christopher has focused on developing data informed and innovative teaching pedagogies as well as building the capacity of staff. He has focused on reflective practice to build effective leadership experience across a variety of aspects within secondary education. His highly effective collaborative processes have enabled him to foster change and growth in the variety of roles he has held.
Christopher has taught Senior English, Religious Education and History and has always sought to encourage staff to strive for quality in their teaching, and have supported this through team teaching approaches, and providing the resources to enhance collaborative teaching and learning planning and practice. He has an excellent rapport with staff, students and parents that has enabled him to provide efficient leadership and achieve strong outcomes in his various roles.
