Over the past few weeks, The Educator has been calling for entries for its inaugural 5 Star Employers of Choice list. The report will showcase schools that are leading the way with policies and initiatives that engage their staff in key areas critical to positive employee experience.
Interested schools may submit an entry detailing their initiatives and achievements across a range of areas from leadership to communication, access to technology and more.
Submissions should include both quantitative and qualitative evidence to demonstrate the school’s performance as a leading workplace. Schools whose employee initiatives stand out as the best will be awarded the title of ‘Five Star Employer of Choice’.
Entry deadline is this Friday, 26 February 2021.
