How do schools measure the effectiveness of their employee programs and initiatives?
The Educator will allow you to know how your school is doing in terms of employee satisfaction through the fourth annual 5-Star Employers of Choice.
This survey involves two phases. The first phase is an employer form that allows participants to fill in details about outstanding programs they currently have in place. The second phase is an employee form that gets feedback from the participating company’s employees and will be provided in April.
The employer survey is accepting entries until Friday, 23 February.
The 5-Star Employers of Choice will be published on The Educator in May.
