Aasha Murthy is an educational leader, influencer, and author whose work in bringing affordable opportunities to educators to experience the best education and access a range of educational resources is second to none.

Under Murthy’s lead, ACEL has become one of the preeminent professional bodies for all educators. She delivers a suite of ACEL executive leadership programs to high-performing schools and system leaders; regularly speaks at conferences and seminars across the Asia-Pacific on topics such as leveraging diversity, challenges of female leadership, and leading multicultural teams; and has collaborated with the NSW Department of Education to provide high-quality professional learning to Directors, Educational Leadership. In response to COVID-19, Murthy and her team have diversified from the traditional face-to-face conferences to embrace new modalities of online conferencing and webinars, with no diminution of quality or merit. Murthy’s recently released book, Being! Five Ways of Leading Authentically in an iConnected World, outlines key virtues and practices for leading in any context in an iConnected world.
