Donna Laughlin is an outstanding educator and leader, at the forefront of credible innovation.
Passionate about continuous improvement for student learning, teacher practice, and system excellence, Laughlin has driven innovation in learning and teaching prior to, during, and following the school’s remote learning program. She introduced data platforms for the integration and interrogation of student learning data sets. She has also provided support and expertise to other schools in this innovation and advancement of data analysis. Furthermore, she led the school’s adoption of an online learning model, which incorporates LMS, online platforms, teacher professional learning, online assessment capacity, and digital access for all.
