Harriet Hughes is leading the development of meaningful and innovative career-focused initiatives for year 10, 11, and 12 students at Charlton Christian College.
Harriet has piloted the data-driven “Futures” process, an initiative which connects high school students with real-world career outcomes which reflect their interests. The process integrates data from Gallup Strengths assessments, academic performance, and the students interests and work experience. The process is reviewed annually and culminates in the creation of student resumes with tailored career advice, headshots, and interview preparation provided as part of an interest-elective curriculum for students.
