Jocelyn Gooch, Endeavour Sports High School

Jocelyn Gooch has been dedicated to enhancing the practice and leadership of faculty leaders, achieving high-quality outcomes for Sport High School, including third consecutive year of best-ever NAPLAN results in 2019 and best HSC performance in a decade.
Contributing to Endeavour’s outstanding academic results was Gooch’s hard work in identifying gaps in the school's use of technology and implementing a program of enhancement, to drive greater access to and improved use of technology. She has also supported the upskilling of staff.
Gooch also ensures the designated sports high school continues to deliver a high-quality sporting talent development program to student athletes, by leading its Targeted Sports Program steering committee. She recently led coordinated the team preparing for External Validation (EV).
