John Toulantas, with his astute and innovative thinking, has played a crucial role in ensuring St Catherine’s School has a resilient and streamlined arrangement of ICT systems throughout the school.
During the COVID-19 outbreak, Toulantas led the school’s seamless transition from Learning@School to an online Learn@Home environment. He made this possible through thoughtful acquisition, implementation, and integration of digital platforms despite limited financial resources. His other significant achievement was in supporting and leading the professional learning of all staff, enabling them to be effective users of the digital technologies at their disposal, for administration, curriculum documentation, learning resources, lesson plans, mark books, online reporting, wellbeing, and other school functions.
