Marg Clark has led Prospect North Primary School to become a powerhouse of student-centred education; a place that centres on students’ capacity to design and influence their own learning as each individual aims to make a difference in the world.

With Clark at the helm, the school has become a lead STEM school in South Australia. One initiative she has spearheaded was the student agency. This included the Kids Teach STEM project which has provided disadvantaged students with opportunities to present and lead conferences for more than 500 teachers, leaders, and students from across Australia. As part of the program, the students are running Kids teach STEM online, where they uncover and interview STEM professionals in their local areas. Another initiative was PNTV, which has seen students doing a media internship, learning all of the features of planning, preparing, filming, and editing a community-based TV and podcasting studio.
