Rodney Hill is an educational leader, innovator, and strategic thinker who is committed to helping the students at Wyong High School become literate, numerate, creative, productive, respectful, and responsible 21st century citizens.
Hill has helped establish the school as a world leader in education technology and future thinking. A recent initiative led by Hill is the launch of the Creating Chances Youth Development Pathway, designed to build confident, capable, and future-ready young people with employability skills. This ground-breaking pathway uses sports to allow students to explore and develop core skills – personal development, community building, social change, and post-school pathways – in a fun and safe environment. The Creating Chances pathway with a vocational education and training focus enables students to study at school while also working one day per week with Creating Chances to gain a Sports Coaching Qualification (Certificate III).
