Zeina Chalich is a global educational leader, learning experience designer, and international speaker with demonstrated success in leading change and effective implementation of next-practice innovative pedagogies.
A passionate leader in EdTech and learning technologies, Chalich creatively integrates emerging technology and design thinking to transform learning experiences in partnership with industry experts. Some recent key initiatives include:
- the design and implementation of a school-wide Learning Technologies initiative, which embeds design and digital technologies as well as ICT capabilities across the curriculum, starting from kindergarten
- development of STEAM by Design enrichment projects to create authentic real-world learning experiences for students, using design thinking and emerging technology such as AI, machine learning, AR, and VR to meet global goals
- launch of the first all-girls eSports edu team in The National Fuse Cup, and a pilot of a new Enterprising Girls Academy program to support student entrepreneurship
- implementation of a school-wide remote learning plan at Santa Sabina, with a focus on building virtual learning environments and rapid upskilling of staff to facilitate effective online learning programs
