Still at the early stages in his career, Norman differentiates within all lessons, placing emphasis on how each and every student can achieve in his classes. He provides extension to highly able students and also devises individual learning plans for those who require support. Norman is highly committed to the college’s co-curricular program and is always willing to assist in various ways around the school.
Norman’s teaching is described as “engaging, well organised and highly professional”, and he has achieved outstanding results with his ATAR WACE students over a number of years. His students often perform well above predicted levels in all year groups. They have also entered and performed well in several media competitions at both the state and national level.
