Acting director of senior years
Barton has quickly risen through the ranks after she joined Melbourne Girls Grammar School in 2013.
This passionate and highly skilled teacher of English/Drama joined the school in the Boarding House as a residential staff member, then progressed to be Year 8 coordinator, and since then has held a range of roles – from Year-11 coordinator, assistant director of senior years, teacher of English, to her current position as acting director of senior years. A fierce advocate for student wellbeing, Barton has always stepped up when asked to and has been always been considered by students as best of the best.
