Revealed: Australian Education Awards 2021 Excellence Awardees

Revealed: Australian Education Awards 2021 Excellence Awardees

After a fantastic round of nominations, The Educator is proud to announce the excellence awardees for the Australian Education Awards 2021.

The Australian Education Awards, now in their fourth year, recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of the country’s top performing schools, principals, department heads and teachers.

The Awards will be presented in 28 categories, including Australian School of the Year, Australian Principal of the Year, Best Professional Learning Program and Best Student Wellbeing Program.

This year, several new categories are being featured, including Best Remote Learning Program, in recognition of the schools that went above and beyond to drive educational excellence during the 2020 lockdowns.

Partnering with The Educator for the Awards this year will be anzuk Education, which has been placing exceptional teachers in vibrant education settings around the world and helping educators find their ‘right fit’ staff since 2004.

“We see the importance of an event like this to acknowledge the dedication and contribution that our schools and leaders provide within Education,” Simon Withers, anzuk Education NSW State Manager, told The Educator.

“We believe we have a responsibility to provide support and opportunities to improve outcomes for students and families, and a key part of this is professional development and growth of educators”.

Without further ado, here are the excellence awardees for the Australian Education Awards 2021.
