To find the schools with employee initiatives that stood out as the best, The Educator ran a national survey between January-February 2023, inviting all Australian schools to self-nominate based on their initiatives and achievements across a number of key areas.
From a flood of submissions for the 2023 5-Star Awards for Employer of Choice, The Educator handpicked 20 schools, including that have gone above and beyond to support staff through an especially trying time.
