From individual classrooms to national curriculum reform, from single schools to hundreds of institutions, the inspiring individuals named in The Educator’s sixth annual Most Influential Educators 2026 list are meeting that gap head-on.
Supported by the Australian Boarding Schools Association (ABSA), the initiative showcases and celebrates those in education who are not just experts in their fields but also embody qualities that set them apart as inspirational leaders and innovators.
Between 2-27 March 2026, nominations poured in, each one packed with impressive achievements and contributions to the profession. The result was a final list of 41 educators and professionals who've delivered outcomes that are genuinely shaping the future of Australian education.
